Tart Au Citron
A soft butter shortbread pastry case filled with a baked Sicilian lemon
custard made with British Lyon eggs, individually dusted by hand with
fine white sugar to give that classic French tart finish. A popular favourite
that will appeal to all generations, pre portioned into 12 generous slices.
Portions can easily be taken out individually, defrosting in approx 30
minutes at chilled. For a real treat serve with fresh raspberries and a dollop
of clotted cream.

Directions for Use
Remove all packaging and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or colder) for approximately 4 hours.
Defrost prior to serving.
Keep refrigerated once defrosted.
Use within 48 hours of defrost.
Do not re-freeze, once defrosted.
