A traditional rich, moist carrot cake containing crushed pineapple and walnuts, with a hint of spice. Coated with a rich vanilla flavoured cream cheese frosting. Side decorated with crunchy walnut pieces and finished off with a scattering of walnut pieces on top. Pre-cut into 16 portions.

Directions for Use
HANDLING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN:
For best results remove all packaging whilst product is still frozen and place on a serving plate. Defrost for approximately 6 to 8 hours or overnight in a refrigerator at 5°C. Alternatively remove the required number of slices from frozen product and defrost each slice on a plate at 5°C for approximately 3 hours. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator (5ºC) and consume within 48 hours.
STORE AT -18°C OR COLDER.
