These soft brioche baps are so popular as they are the perfect carrier for a variety of hot or cold fillings. They provide the optimum in terms of convenience and freshness: not only are they pre-sliced, but freshly frozen, so you only need to use just what you need.
Reduce waste and defrost just the right amount at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. Once defrosted, store the buns in a cool, dry place (in a sealed container) and use within 4 days.

Directions for Use
Remove from the case and leave in the pack at room temperature for 2 hours, or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted, store in a container, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and use within 48 hours. Do no refreeze.
Store at -18°C or colder.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
