In this time of National crisis, we are extending our service to members of the public to support the wider community with essential food deliveries.
Being a trade supplier, our pack sizes may be larger than you are used to; please pay attention to the pack size of the products when ordering as, due to Coronavirus guidelines, we will not be able to accept returns for mis-ordered products.

Once your application is processed, you will receive an email from us containing your account number and initial password. You can change your password on your ‘My Account’ page once you have logged in.
You can use your login details to either visit our online shop or you can download our app for Apple and Android devices; just search for ‘Coldweb’ in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and use the activation code KINGB.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of your order by email (please check your SPAM folder and whitelist us if necessary) and our team will contact you to arrange payment over the phone.
Please note that in order to adhere to strict guidelines surrounding Coronavirus, we are unable to accept cash at the door or permit collections to be made from our offices. Please also appreciate that our drivers will be unable to enter your home for the same reasons, but will be able to deliver to your doorstep.
