Back in 1908, Denis purchased a 500 acre farm, in Orton Waterville, Peterborough. By 1939 he was selling farm reared poultry and pork to London hotels, shipping them by train, and by 1958, he bought the company’s first freezer – this led us to become one of the first companies in the UK to stock McCain’s chips!
Fast forward 60 years and we are now the region’s leading foodservice wholesaler, catering to everyone from roadside truck stops to cafes, schools and 5* hotels.
Joining Fairway Foodservice was probably the biggest game-changer for us, and has been instrumental in our success.
